Shipping policy


Wilson Candle Co. utilizes USPS to ship all products. We use priority shipping which averages 2-5 day transit time.

Please note that due to Wilson Candle Co. will outline the timeline to expect shipments in all product descriptions as well as a terms and conditions pop up prior to your checkout. Please review these timelines and estimates closely prior to ordering. 


If you choose local pick up, you will receive an email when your order is ready. This email with provide all information regarding dates/times/location for pick up. Fulfilling local picks ups aligns with the shipping timelines, so please review those prior to ordering so you have an accurate anticipation of fulfillments. (Typically between 3-5 days of when the shipping phase begins. This is all outlined in the product descriptions as well as the terms and conditions pop up prior to check out. 

ACCIDENTAL LOCAL PICK UP SELECTION (this policy goes into effect March 15, 2022)

If you accidentally choose local pick up upon check out, and meant to have the item shipped, please email Wilson Candle Co. promptly so that we can send you an invoice for shipping costs. Once the customer pays the outstanding invoice for shipping costs, we will send your order and a tracking number to the email on file. 

Upon the fulfillment period of collections, we will review local pick ups. If we note the customer has not yet reached out, we will email all customers who appear to have chosen local pick up mistakenly (those who live out of state.) Along with the email we will send you an invoice for shipping. 

It is important that you review these emails so that you may receive your order in a timely manner. We must confirm a shipping address prior to us shipping your order. 

Wilson Candle Co. will attempt to email you 3 times with prompts/reminders. After the third email, you will have 14 days to respond. After 14 days, if there is no communication, Wilson Candle Co will refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee. This is based on the total retail cost of your entire purchase prior to tax. 

We charge the restocking fee because our business model is to sell out of inventory each and every collection to raise money for animal rescue. When we have an order on hold, we are not able to fulfill it for another customer who would want that product. This is especially true with seasonal fragrances. 

To avoid this, PLEASE, double check all order prior to checkout to ensure you are, in fact, selecting shipping if you need it.
