FAQ Shipping Apparel

If you ordered an apparel item February 19 - March 15, please know I am working hard to fulfill these orders.
Please check your spam email to see if I have sent you a personal message regarding your apparel order. Sometimes the business emails get routed into people's spam box.
If you would rather cancel your apparel order, please email me and I can also accommodate that, as I am running behind when originally promised of shipping out your apparel items.
I appreciate everyone's patience as I am working on apparel, candles and fundraising for The Gifted Equine so that they may save lives at the Texas auction in May. Please remember I am a one person business, and am genuinely doing my best, and want to deliver the best for you.

FAQ Shipping March Collection Candles

As outlined on the site (in product descriptions and banner timelines,) we will begin shipping candles from this collection the week of March 12. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order as we work our way through a large order quantity. Your order is important to us, and we are working hard to ensure it is packed with integrity, care and all the extra touches that make WilsonHaus deliveries special



The March candle collection has sold out BUT I release a new collection every month! The goal is to sell out every month so we can raise the rescue funding. You can sign up for a text alert (text WILSON to 81493) or follow us on Instagram for reminders about the next collection.
